Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 18, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Use Policy”) sets out the rules for using the Pacti website (pacti.ai) and app (app.pacti.ai). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

1. General provisions and definitions

Terms defined in our Terms of Use have the same meaning in this Use Policy. Where this Use Policy and the Terms of Use overlap, they are intended to be read together.

By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you also agree to this Use Policy. If you do not accept it, you must not use the Services, or must stop using them.

We may update this Use Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at pacti.ai/legal/acceptable-use, and continued use of the Services after an update means you accept it.

2. General principles

When using the Services, you agree to:

  • use them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with the Terms of Use;
  • provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and while using the Services;
  • respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of others — harassment, abuse, or harm toward other people is not allowed;
  • treat the content and results of the Services as personal reflection and general well-being support, and not as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice for you or anyone else;
  • use the Services only if you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and not give access to anyone below that age.

3. Prohibited activities and content

The list below is not exhaustive. It describes the kinds of activity and content that are not allowed on or through the Services — including in any communication with us, with other users, or with any community connected through the Services.

You must not use the Services, and must not help or encourage anyone else to use them, in order to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or promote, facilitate, or provide instructions for unlawful acts;
  • distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, hijack, or gain unauthorized access to software, hardware, networks, or data;
  • disrupt or overload the Services or any connected systems, including through denial-of-service attacks or attempts to bypass security or access controls;
  • impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation — including impersonating Pacti, its team, or its partners;
  • unlawfully collect, publish, or share other people’s personal, financial, or account data;
  • create, upload, or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually exploitative, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
  • misuse the AI features to generate any of the above, or to produce content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful.

The Services are for personal reflection and habit-building only. They are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in distress or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional immediately.

4. Liability

You are expected to use reasonable personal judgment in deciding what is and is not permitted under this Use Policy.

In addition to the liability terms in the Terms of Use, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team against third-party claims and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Use Policy or of any laws or regulations that apply to you, to the extent permitted by law.

We may take any lawful action we consider appropriate to address a breach of this Use Policy, including suspending or removing access to the Services as described in the Terms of Use.

5. Miscellaneous

The English-language version of this Use Policy prevails over any translation.

If you have questions about this Use Policy, contact legal@onsoul.ai. To report a suspected breach, abuse, or a safety concern, contact safety@onsoul.ai. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
